I believe its not just the WHAT but the HOW we eat that's important whilst observing dietary needs & requirements.

Using positive praise, empowering a child through choice and the good old reward of stickers on a food chart I provide a positive food environment for children. I eat with them, if not the same meal then a meal that shows them a varied and balance diet as I am their role model and want to encourage them to eat well.
